Definitely check out “Nothing Pink,” a coming out play with music by Paul Ferguson, this weekend. Based on a novel of the same name by Mark Hardy, “Nothing Pink” is beyond fun and thought-provoking. It deals with coming out in a family that has strong roots in the church and the navigation between religion and sexuality. The music for the play is lively (it even features some popular hits that you already know) and the cast does an amazing job all the way through. The show is in Swain Hall at UNC. It runs at 8 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. $10.
